Als voorbereiding op de maandbijeenkomst van vrijdag 28 oktober 2016, hier de statuten voor onze netwerkgroep. Zoals je in de statuten kunt lezen worden we een vereniging. In deze versie zijn de suggesties en aanbevelingen uit de vorige maandbijeenkomst meegenomen. In de aankomende maandbijeenkomst zullen deze statuten ter stemming worden gebracht. Ondertussen kun jij hier in de statuten lezen, wat dat voor jou als lid van de Netwerkgroep45plus betekent.
Uit het verslag van juni 2016:
De Netwerkgroep45plus Nijmegen is bezig haar vrijdag organisatie te herzien. Onderdeel daarvan zijn een nieuw bestuur en nieuwe statuten. De aanleiding van deze herzieningen was onder andere de subsidie van de gemeente die niet langer in natura maar in geld komt. Bij die financiële stroom hoort een goede verantwoording en een aangepaste (wettelijke) structuur.
Dit proces wordt begeleid door de adviseurs van het bestuur (Annemie, John en Leonard) en heeft geleid tot statuten (concept = vorige versie) en nieuwe invulling van het bestuur. In diverse maandbijeenkomsten is over deze veranderingen gesproken.
Doordat de netwerkgroep vaak succesvol is (leden vinden werk) hebben we een groot verloop van leden. Dat geldt vooral de actieve leden, zoals de bestuursleden. Daarom hier de continue oproep om je te melden als je daadwerkelijk iets wil doen voor of in het bestuur. Melden kan via het contactformulier onder het tab “contact” rechts bovenaan op de website.
