De BCG zoekt leden omdat collega’s een baan hebben gevonden.
Lijkt het je leuk om in een persoonlijk contact het bedrijf of de instelling te benaderen waar je graag zou willen werken? Daarmee je kans op een baan te vergroten? Kom dan bij de BCG !
De bedrijvencontactgroep legt contacten met bedrijven en instellingen om de Netwerkgroep45plus op de kaart te zetten. Daarbij proberen we natuurlijk zelf ook een baan te vinden en vandaar dat we nu ook weer op zoek zijn naar nieuwe collega’s.
Dat is mogelijk en soms makkelijker dan je denkt met behulp van de BCG. Omdat je namens de BCG een contact legt kom je makkelijker in gesprek. Hoe mooi is het om eens van gedachten te wisselen met een bedrijf over hoe we elkaar kunnen helpen, ondersteunen en aanvullen.
En hoe mooi zou het zijn als je op deze manier je baan vindt die bij je past.
Heb jij interesse en energie om deel te nemen aan de BCG, dan nodigen we je van harte uit om ons team aan te vullen.
Wat wij bieden:
- De mogelijkheid om (makkelijker) binnen te komen bij een bedrijf of instelling
- Leuke collega’s die met passie en plezier helpen de Netwerkgroep45plus te promoten
- Samen oefenen om een gesprek aan te gaan met een ondernemer (pitchen)
- Je zelfvertrouwen te ontwikkelen, en daarmee een stukje waardering (terug) te vinden
- Het vergroten van je netwerk
- Persoonlijke groei
Wat verwachten we van je:
- Dat je minimaal een dagdeel per week actief bent voor de BCG
- Zelfstandig afspraken maakt met een bedrijf of onderneming
- Samen met een BCG-collega 2 bezoeken doet per maand.
- De vergaderingen bijwoont; die zijn om de 2 weken op Heseweide
- Contacten onderhoudt met boegbeelden en ambassadeurs van de Netwerkgroep 45plus
Durf uit je comfortzone te komen en sluit je aan bij de BCG
Je bent welkom om een vergadering bij te wonen; laat het ons dan wel even weten.
De eerstvolgende vergadering is op woensdag 24 mei van 10.00 uur tot 12.00 uur in wijkcentrum de Heseweide
